- 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. plain low-fat yogurt
- 1/4 c. frozen egg substitute, thawed
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- vegetable cooking spray
Directions

1Combine the first 4 ingredients.

2Make a well in center of mixture.

3Combine yogurt, egg substitute and oil.

4Add to flour mixture, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.

5Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls, 2 inches apart, onto a baking sheet coated with cooking spray.

6Bake at 400° for 15 minutes, or until golden.

7Makes 1 dozen biscuits.
