- 2 cans or 3 c. chicken broth
- 2 eggs
- dash of salt
- 2 tsp. soy sauce (optional)
Directions

1Heat the broth until boiling.

2Whip the eggs in a separate bowl along with the salt.

3Pour the egg mixture slowly into the boiling broth.

4The hot broth will cook the eggs into strings. When all of the egg is cooked, the soup is ready to eat.
