- 3 egg yolks
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. light cream
- 4 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Scald milk in double boiler.

2Beat egg yolks, sugar and salt. Pour scalded milk over beaten mixture.

3Return to double boiler and cook until coats a spoon.

4Allow mixture to cool.

5Add cream and vanilla.

6Freeze.

7Makes 2 quarts.
