- 3 cups egg noodles
- 1/2 lb maple bacon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sweet onion
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
Directions

1Cook the egg noodles according to the package directions and drain.

2Fry the bacon until crisp and remove from the fry pan.

3Add the onion to the bacon drippings and cook thoroughly.

4Add the crushed up stewed tomatoes and the brown sugar; let simmer 10 minutes.

5Add the drained noodles to the fry pan and put the bacon on top.

6Very simple but good.
