- 2 small eggplants, peeled
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 pkg. Italian seasoning
- 1/2 c. cooking wine
- 15 oz. tomato sauce
- 10 oz. Mozzarella cheese
- 6 cloves sliced garlic
Directions

1Mix dry seasoning, oil, wine and garlic, along with tomato sauce.

2Put in refrigerator overnight.

3Fry eggplant slices.

4Put line of eggplant in glass dish; cover with half of cheese.

5Put remaining eggplant slices on next.

6Pour tomato sauce mixture on top.

7Cover with remaining cheese.

8Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
