- 1 lb. ground meat, cooked
- 1 lb. Velveeta, grated
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 medium can Wolf chili
Directions

1Roll meat, cheese and onion into tortillas softened in hot grease.

2Place each enchilada in greased, oblong pan.

3Cover with chili (spreads easier when heated).

4Top with remaining cheese and onions.

5Bake at 350° until cheese is melted and enchiladas are hot.
