  • tortillas
  • 1 lb. ground meat, cooked
  • 1 lb. Velveeta, grated
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 medium can Wolf chili

Directions

    Roll meat, cheese and onion into tortillas softened in hot grease.

    Place each enchilada in greased, oblong pan.

    Cover with chili (spreads easier when heated).

    Top with remaining cheese and onions.

    Bake at 350° until cheese is melted and enchiladas are hot.
