  • 1 loaf pound cake, cut in cubes
  • 1 c. raspberry jam
  • 1 c. heavy cream, whipped
  • 1/2 c. cream sherry
  • 1 large pkg. Jell-O vanilla pudding
  • 2 pt. strawberries

Directions

    Place half the cake cubes in bottom of a glass serving bowl and spread with jam.

    Layer with remaining cake and spread with jam.

    Sprinkle with sherry.

    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
