Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts or 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 12 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 1 large onion, sliced into strips
  • 12 green pepper, sliced into strips
  • 12 red pepper, sliced into strips
  • 8 tortillas
  • salsa (optional)
  • sour cream (optional)
  • cheddar cheese (optional)

Directions

    Cut chicken into small squares.

    Mix Chile powder, garlic powder and salt and stir over chicken.

    Heat oil in skillet until hot and then add chicken.

    Saute chicken for about 5 minutes.

    Add onions and peppers and cook until vegetables are soft and chicken is fully cooked.

    Remove from heat and serve over warmed tortillas with salsa, sour cream and cheese (if desired).
