  • 1-3/4 cups flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup apple juice
  • 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 10 chewy fig-filled cookies, coarsely chopped

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400F.

    Combine flour, sugar and baking powder in large bowl; set aside.

    Beat egg, juice and butter in small bowl with wire whisk until well blended.

    Add to flour mixture; stir just until moistened.

    (Batter will be lumpy.)

    Stir in cookies.

    Spoon evenly into 12 greased medium muffin cups.

    Bake 15 to 20 min.

    or until lightly browned.
