- 1-3/4 cups flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup apple juice
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 10 chewy fig-filled cookies, coarsely chopped
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400F.

2Combine flour, sugar and baking powder in large bowl; set aside.

3Beat egg, juice and butter in small bowl with wire whisk until well blended.

4Add to flour mixture; stir just until moistened.

5(Batter will be lumpy.)

6Stir in cookies.

7Spoon evenly into 12 greased medium muffin cups.

8Bake 15 to 20 min.
