Easy Filled Coffee Cake

- 1/2 c. very warm water
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 2 1/2 c. Bisquick
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. jam or preserves, pie filling or mincemeat
- confectioners sugar glaze
Directions

1In a mixing bowl dissolve yeast in water.

2Stir in Bisquick, egg and the tablespoon of sugar.

3Mix well.

4Turn dough onto surface, dusted with extra Bisquick and knead gently 20 times. Place in center of greased 15 1/2 x 12-inch baking sheet.

5Roll out to 14 x 9-inch rectangle.
