  • 1 can (10 oz) Aylmer Chicken Broth
  • 1 onion, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
  • 1/3 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 3 lb. chicken pieces, skinless Whole Foods 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 2 2/3 cups prepared Minute Rice Brand Rice
  • fresh parsley (optional)

Directions

    Combine broth, onion and mustard.

    Brown chicken in oil in large frypan over medium-high heat, 5 minutes per side.

    Drain fat.

    Stir in broth mixture.

    Bring to boil, cover, reduce heat to low and simmer 25-30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.

    Dissolve flour in water, stir into pan and cook until sauce is thickened.

    Serve over cooked rice.

    Top with parsley if desired.
