- 1 can (10 oz) Aylmer Chicken Broth

- 1/3 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. oil

- 1 tsp. thyme
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 2 2/3 cups prepared Minute Rice Brand Rice
- fresh parsley (optional)
Directions

1Combine broth, onion and mustard.

2Brown chicken in oil in large frypan over medium-high heat, 5 minutes per side.

3Drain fat.

4Stir in broth mixture.

5Bring to boil, cover, reduce heat to low and simmer 25-30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.

6Dissolve flour in water, stir into pan and cook until sauce is thickened.

7Serve over cooked rice.

8Top with parsley if desired.
