- 1 lb. or more firm fish fillets
- dash of sesame oil, soy sauce and sherry
- julienned green onion and julienned ginger to taste
- water
Directions

1Wrap fish fillets in aluminum foil, but leave small opening at top.

2Put on dash of sesame oil, soy sauce and sherry.

3Then top with green onions and ginger to taste.

4Fill large frypan about 1/4 full with water.

5Put in fish in foil; cover to steam, about 15 to 20 minutes.
