  • 1 each soup, cream of cheddar 1 can
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1/4 cup sherry dry
  • 2 teaspoons parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated
  • 1 each tomatoes bisque soup, 1 can
  • 1 1/2 cups milk low-fat or non-fat
  • 1/2 cup whitefish boneless or shrimp or lobster

Directions

    Combine soup and dill in saucepan.

    Gradually add milk, sherry and fish.

    Simmer and stir until hot.

    Garnish with Parmesan cheese.
