Easy Flaky Pie Crust

- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. vegetable shortening
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
Directions

1Mix vinegar with milk; set aside.

2Cut the shortening with pastry blender (or 2 knives) into the flour to which the salt has been added.

3Mixture should be the size of peas.

4Add milk, all at once; stir with a fork until blended.

5With hands, gather together into ball of dough.

6Makes 1 double crust and 1 single crust.

7Any leftover crust may be frozen.
