  • 1 dice carrot
  • 2 stick dice celery
  • 1 dice onion
  • 1 tbsp shao xing wine
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce or fish sauce optional
  • 1 cup leftover cooked chicken shred

Directions

    dice all vegetable and shred chicken

    put half tbsp of filling on dumpling then apply water at the edge and seal it

    in pan with oil fry it for 1 to 2 minute each side till lightly brown and crispy

    drain and serve
