- 1 tbsp shao xing wine
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce or fish sauce optional
- 1 cup leftover cooked chicken shred
Directions

1dice all vegetable and shred chicken

2put half tbsp of filling on dumpling then apply water at the edge and seal it

3in pan with oil fry it for 1 to 2 minute each side till lightly brown and crispy

4drain and serve
