- 3 Tbsp. hot milk
- 1 egg yolk
- pie filling of choice
- oil (for deep frying)
Directions

1Cut butter into flour with pastry blender.

2Combine milk and egg yolk.

3Pour over flour mixture, stirring to mix well.

4Roll out small portions on floured surface.

5Place pie filling in center. Fold over and seal edges.

6Fry in deep hot fat until golden brown.
