Easy Fried Rice

  • 2 Tbsp. hot oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 to 4 diced green onions
  • any leftover meat or vegetables from last night supper
  • day old rice (we use short grain rice purchased at Oriental store)

Directions

    Cook scrambled eggs in oil.

    Put in green onions, leftover meat or vegetables and rice in frying pan.
  3. 3
    Sprinkle with soy sauce until rice is brown color.

    Pepper to taste.
