Easy Fried Rice

- 2 Tbsp. hot oil
- 2 eggs
- 3 to 4 diced green onions
- any leftover meat or vegetables from last night supper
- day old rice (we use short grain rice purchased at Oriental store)
Directions

1Cook scrambled eggs in oil.

2Put in green onions, leftover meat or vegetables and rice in frying pan.

3Sprinkle with soy sauce until rice is brown color.

4Pepper to taste.
