- 1 Diced Tomato
- 1/2 of a chopped onion
- 1 clove of diced Garlic
- 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil (extra virgin is optional)
- 2 tsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp water
Directions

1Spread oil on pan (preferably a small pan) and heat until good for frying.

2Fry garlic on pan until light brown.

3Fry onions until close to soft.

4Add tomatoes and stir fry whole mixture for 2 minutes(or until the tomatoes get soft).

5Add tomato paste.

6Add water to mixture and stir for a little bit until it thickens.

7At this point, you can have a taste of the salsa.

8Add some more water and/or paste if you wanna change the consistency or taste.

9Add salt and pepper
