- 1 (4 1/2 oz.) can shrimp, drained and rinsed
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 c. diced ham
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 3 c. cooked regular or wild rice
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Directions

1Heat oil to 350° in wok or electric skillet.

2Add shrimp and stir-fry 1 minute; set aside.
