- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1 12 teaspoons baking powder
- 34 cup milk
- 2 cups fruit (canned or fresh)

1READ DIRECTIONS BEFORE YOU BEGIN MIXING.

3Put 1/2 cup butter in small flat baking dish (2 qt.

4baking dish) and put in oven to melt butter.

5Remove dish from oven.

6Mix 1 cup sugar, flour, baking powder and milk.

7Pour into melted butter--DO NOT STIR.

8Pour 2 cups fruit on top and sprinkle with 3/4 cup sugar--DO NOT STIR--.

9Bake 35 to 45 minutes.
