Easy Fruit Cobbler

Ingredients

  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 c. self-rising flour
  • approximately 2 1/2 c. fruit (any fruit can be used)
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. milk

Directions

    Melt margarine in pan.

    Blend flour, sugar and milk together. Pour over margarine.

    Add fruit.

    Do not stir! Bake at 350° for approximately 45 minutes.

    Optional: Remove from oven and sprinkle sugar over crust.

    Return to oven for 10 minutes.
