Easy Fruit Cobbler

- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. milk
- 2 level tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 large can fruit (any fruit with juice)
Directions

1Melt margarine in deep baking dish.

2Pour in fruit.

3(If peaches, add 1 teaspoon almond flavoring).

4In a small bowl mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.

5Add milk.

6Stir well.

7Pour batter, which will be thin, over top of fruit.

8Do not stir!!

9Bake at 350° for approximately 30 minutes or until brown.
