  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 to 3 c. sweetened fruit

Directions

    Place margarine in a casserole dish in a 350° oven until melted.

    Mix next three ingredients in a bowl.

    When margarine is melted, pour the batter into center of the bowl. Do not stir. Then pour fruit and juices into center of batter.

    Do not stir. Cook until brown and firm, about 45 to 60 minutes.
