- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. milk
- 2 to 3 c. sweetened fruit
Directions

1Place margarine in a casserole dish in a 350° oven until melted.

2Mix next three ingredients in a bowl.

3When margarine is melted, pour the batter into center of the bowl. Do not stir. Then pour fruit and juices into center of batter.

4Do not stir. Cook until brown and firm, about 45 to 60 minutes.
