Ingredients
- 1 lb. hot sausage
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 qt. kraut, well drained
- 1 Tbsp. cracker crumbs
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 well beaten eggs
- 1/4 c. milk
Directions

1Mix eggs and milk together.

2Cook sausage and onion until brown.

3Drain.

4Mix well with kraut and 4 tablespoons cracker crumbs.

5Set aside to cool.

6Combine cream cheese, parsley, mustard, garlic and pepper.

7Mix well and stir in sausage mixture. Chill.

8Shape into 3/4-inch balls.

9Roll balls into flour.

10Dip in egg mixture.

11Roll in cracker crumbs.

12Deep fry until golden brown; drain.

13Place in pan.

14Bake at 375° for 15 minutes.
