Easy Garlic Shrimp

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 2 teaspoons garlic (fresh minced or use refrigerated)
  • 1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • to taste- creole seasoning (I use Tony Chachers Original seasoning)

Directions

    Heat Oil and butter in large skillet.

    Add garlic and then shrimp.
  3. 3
    Add Creole Seasoning such as Tony Chachers Seasoning -to taste.

    Cook until shrimp turn pink. Probably only 3 or 4 mins depending on the size of the shrimp.
