  • 1 med purple onion sliced thin
  • 1 med green zucchini sliced thin
  • 1 med yellow squash sliced thin
  • 1 red pepper sliced thin
  • 1 green pepper sliced thin
  • 1/4 lb fresh green beans (ends removed)
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2-3 cloves garlic
  • 3 heaping TBS Mrs Dash

Directions

    Combine olive oil and Mrs. Dash and garlic. Marinate vegetables in mixture from 1 hour up to overnite. Lay vegetables in flat grilling basket crosswise. Grill approx 5 minutes each side.
