- 2 lb. fresh asparagus
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. white vinegar
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. chopped green onion
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Cook asparagus for 8 minutes.

2Drain.

3Combine remaining ingredients and mix well.

4Place asparagus in shallow bowl and pour marinade over it.

5Chill at least 8 hours before serving.
