Ingredients
- 1 link andouille sausage
- 2 chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 dash cayenne
- 1 celery rib, chopped
- 14 onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 3 dashes frank's hot sauce
- 3 green onions, sliced
Directions

1Heat a saute pan over med low heat and all the veggies.

2Cook until soft, a few minute.

3Add the cut up sausage and brown, 5 minute.

4Add the stock, tomato paste, seasonings and raise heat to med.

5and cook stirring occasionally until heated through.

6Add salt and pepper to taste.

7You can cook for much longer for a richer, deeper flavor (40-60 min).

8Add shrimp during last 5 min of cooking.
