- 3 cups hash brown potatoes (country style, thawed)
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup ham, finely chopped
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
Directions

1Form the potatoes into a shell in a quiche pan or pie plate.

2Drizzle with the butter.

3Bake at 425 for 25 minutes.

4Remove from the oven. Decrease the oven temperature to 350 degrees.

5Mix the ham, cheese, green pepper, and green onions in a bowl.

6Spread over the potatoes.

7Beat the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

8Pour over the ham mixture.

9Bake for 30 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.

10Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
