  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1/3 c. dry white wine
  • 16 oz. pkg. Green Giant American mixtures Seattle style frozen vegetables
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil

Directions

    In a large skillet, brown chicken in butter until no longer pink in center; salt and pepper to taste.

    Add wine and vegetables; cover and simmer 7 to 10 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
