- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/3 c. dry white wine
- 16 oz. pkg. Green Giant American mixtures Seattle style frozen vegetables
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
Directions

1In a large skillet, brown chicken in butter until no longer pink in center; salt and pepper to taste.

2Add wine and vegetables; cover and simmer 7 to 10 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.

3Arrange on serving platter.
