Ingredients
- 2 envelopes plain gelatin
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 can tomato soup
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. red horseradish
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 16 oz. can red salmon
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- pinch of dill
Directions

1Dissolve gelatin in water.

2Heat soup, then whisk in cream cheese until very smooth. Cool soup.

3Pour in gelatin and mix well.

4Put in blender the mayonnaise, sour cream, horseradish, dill, salt and pepper.

5Mix well.

6Add soup mixture and blend together.

7Mash salmon, onion and lemon juice until very smooth. Add to other ingredients and blend until smooth.

8Pour into oiled mold.

9Chill until solid.

10Unmold and decorate with cucumber slices and olives. Serve with crackers or cocktail breads.
