  • 12 ounces, fluid Tomato Paste
  • 1/2 cups Dark Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons Dry Ground Mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoons Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons (scant) Cinnamon
  • 2 pinches Ground Clove
  • 2 pinches Allspice
  • 1 pinch Cayenne Pepper
  • 23 cups Water
  • 4 Tablespoons White Wine Vinegar
