  • 1 ounces, weight Barley Flour
  • 2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
  • 4 ounces, weight Whole Milk

    Whisk together all the ingredients. Let the batter rest for 5 minutes. Drop by dessert spoonfuls onto a nonstick baking sheet or a lightly buttered sheet.
