Ingredients
- 4 large pork chops
- 1/4 c. Italian salad dressing
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. oleo
- 2 Tbsp. Italian salad dressing
- 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Marinate pork chops in salad dressing for 3 hours, turning occasionally.

2Remove chops from marinade.

3Brown chops on both sides in oil over medium heat.

4Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Return browned chops to marinade in baking dish.

5Layer potatoes and onion over chops.

6Dot with butter.

7Drizzle with remaining 2 tablespoons dressing.

8Sprinkle cheese over top.

9Cover with foil. Bake at 375° for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until potatoes and chops are tender.
