  • 1to2 lbs. chicken legs/skinless
  • 2 tbs. lime juice or lemon
  • 1 or 2 tbs. of dry Jerk seasoning.
  • 1 tsp. olive oil.
  • 4 cloves of garlic peeled/crushed
  • 1 green bell pepper/diced
  • 2 small yellow onions/diced
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 cup reduced sodium soya sauce
  • 1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce.
