  • 2 qt. distilled water
  • 3 Tbsp. instant coffee
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 2 c. vodka
  • 2 to 3 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 1/2 c. crushed berries
  • 6 c. sugar
  • 1 c. cold water
  • 1 pkg. Sure-Jell

Directions

    Mix berries and sugar and let stand at least 20 minutes; stir occasionally.

    Mix cold water and Sure-Jell and bring to a boil for 1 minute, then add to strawberry mixture.

    Mix well.

    Pour in jars and let set for 24 hours in refrigerator or cool place.

    Cover and freeze.
