- 2 lb. ground chuck
- 8 oz. lasagna noodles
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (16 oz.) Italian sauce
- 1 can tomatoes, chopped
- 2/3 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 lb. Ricotta cheese or cottage cheese
Directions

1Brown meat with onion; add tomatoes and Italian sauce.

2Bring to boil then simmer, covered, for 1 hour.

3Cook noodles, drain. Layer noodles, meat mixture, each kind of cheese.

4Repeat layers, ending with Parmesan cheese.

5Bake in 350° oven for 45 minutes.
