  • 1 (16 oz.) container cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
  • 2 (26 oz.) jars pasta sauce, divided
  • 1/2 pkg. lasagna noodles
  • 1 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
  • 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

    Preheat oven to 350°. In a medium bowl, combine cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs and parsley flakes. Mix well. In a 9 x 13-inch lasagna casserole pan, evenly spread 1 cup of pasta sauce. Top with 1/2 of noodles, then spread cheese mixture, then ground beef, then 1 1/2 cups pasta sauce, then Mozzarella cheese. Repeat layering, finishing with Mozzarella cheese. Cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake 1 hour. Uncover. Bake 15 more minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
