Easy Lasagna

Ingredients
- 6 to 8 lasagna noodles (uncooked)
- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce (Ragu)
- cottage cheese
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. yellow cheese, shredded
- Parmesan cheese (optional)
Directions

1Brown the ground beef and onion.

2Drain.

3Add spaghetti sauce and stir.

4Place small amount on bottom of pan.

5Lay 3 to 4 (depending on size of pan) lasagna noodles on top of sauce. Spread small amount of cottage cheese over noodles.

6Then add Mozzarella, yellow and Parmesan cheeses.

7(Government surplus cheese can be used for yellow cheese.)

8Pour about 1/2 of the remaining sauce over this.

9Lay the other noodles on top of this, then cottage cheese, but this time, put less of the other cheese. Pour on rest of sauce and rest of cheese.

10Bake for 1 hour at 350° (until noodles test fork-tender).
