Avocado Ceaser Dressing

Directions

   1) puree avocados w/ 1/2 of dressing

   2) combine mixture w/ cummin and remaining dressing

   3) if to thick, it can be thinned w/ the addition of a little buttermilk

   4) toss w/ romaine and garnish w/ choice of salad ingredients
