  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 (8 oz.) lasagna noodles
  • 2 c. no-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c. Eggbeaters
  • 1 (8 oz.) light Mozzarella shredded cheese
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • Ragu

Directions

    Brown ground beef; drain and rinse with hot water.

    Add to Ragu and water to simmer.
