  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 3 1/2 c. spaghetti sauce
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 2 c. Ricotta cheese
  • 3 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 c. parsley (dried flakes or fresh)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 12 oz. uncooked lasagne noodles

    Brown beef; drain off fat.

    Add to water and sauce in 3 or 4-quart saucepan.

    Cook on low heat for 10 minutes.

    Mix remaining ingredients, except noodles.
