  • 2 pkg. (4-serving size each) Jell-O Lemon Instant Pudding
  • 1-1/2 cups cold milk
  • 3 cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping

    Prepare cake batter and bake as directed on package for 2 (8- or 9-inch) round cake layers.

    Remove to wire racks; cool completely.

    Beat pudding mixes and milk with whisk 2 min.

    (Pudding will be thick.)

    Stack cake layers on plate, spreading each with half the pudding.
