- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. yellow cornmeal
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 4 eggs (large)
- 1/3 c. oleo, melted
- 1/4 c. Pet milk
- 1 pie shell
Directions

1Combine first 3 ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring well. Add oleo, milk and lemon juice; mix well.

2Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after addition.

3Pour filling into 9-inch unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Cool and chill before serving.
