- 1 cup Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 2/3 cups Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Tablespoons Lemon Zest
- 1/4 cups Butter
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Whisk on medium-low heat for approximately 10-15 minutes until mixture thickens. (You want to be able to scrape a spatula across the bottom of the saucepan and see a line, then the mixture should quickly fill back in. You do not want the mixture to get too thick and stiff.)
