- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 small can green beans
- 1 small can peas
- 2 to 3 sliced carrots
- salt
- 1 can milk
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 4 diced potatoes
- 1 small can corn
- 1 pie crust
- 2 to 3 sliced celery stalks
- pepper
Directions

1Bake or boil chicken until tender.

2When done, dice or tear chicken.

3Boil potatoes, carrots and celery together until firm, but done, then add cans of vegetables.

4While cooking vegetables, prepare pie crust.

5In bowl, mix soup and milk and stir until smooth.

6Layer in crust:

7Soup, chicken, vegetables, salt and pepper.

8Continue to layer until mounded.

9Cover with crust.

10Put on cookie sheet.

11Bake at 425° for 15 minutes, then at 350° until crust is golden brown.
