- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 (21 oz.) can lemon pie filling
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 1/2 c. ReaLemon juice
- 1 1/2 c. whipped topping
- lemon slices (optional)
Directions

1In a small saucepan melt butter.

2Stir in graham cracker crumbs.

3Reserve 1 tablespoon for garnish.

4Pat crumbs on bottom of an 8 x 8-inch baking pan.

5Set aside.

6In a medium bowl, combine pie filling, milk and lemon juice.

7Mix well until smooth. Spread into prepared pan.

8Top with whipped topping and reserved garnish.

9Freeze for 3 hours.

10If desired, garnish with lemon slices before serving.
