  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 12 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 4 minced garlic cloves
  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 12 cups cream
  • 1 cup spinach leaves, no stems
  • 23 cup mushroom, chopped
  • 12 cup parmesan cheese, grated

    Heat 2 T oil in a sauce pan.

    Add chopped garlic and bell pepper.

    Heat until pepper begins to soften.

    Add Vodka.

    Bring to a soft boil.

    Add Cream.

    Add cayenne pepper

    Bring to a soft boil.

    Add spinach and Mushrooms.

    Cook until spinach wilts.
