Easy & Low-cal Steamed Bread

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Rice flour (cake flour)
- 1 dash Baking powder
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 4 tbsp Soy milk (or milk)
- 1 Fillings of your choice
Directions

1Measure the flour, baking powder and sugar (I used brown sugar), and mix with a measuring spoon.

2Add the soy milk and mix well.

3Pour half of the mixture into each muffin cup, and add fillings of your choice.

4The one on the left is strawberry, and the one on the right is chocolate chip.

5Give it a mix.

6Use a skewer, a chopstick, the end of a spoon or just your finger!

7Place in the steamer and steam for 12 minutes.

8Keep the lid on while they're steaming!
