  • 200 grams Pancake mix
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Milk

    Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.

    Check the stickiness of the dough and add the milk as necessary.

    When the dough has come together, roll it out to a thickness of around 1 cm.

    Dust the work surface and your hands with flour to prevent the dough from sticking.

    Fold it over then roll it out.

    Do this a few times.

    Cut the dough into your preferred sizes.

    Bake at 180C in a preheated oven for 20 minutes.
