- 200 grams Pancake mix
- 1 Egg
- 1 Milk
Directions

1Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.

2Check the stickiness of the dough and add the milk as necessary.

3When the dough has come together, roll it out to a thickness of around 1 cm.

4Dust the work surface and your hands with flour to prevent the dough from sticking.

5Fold it over then roll it out.

6Do this a few times.

7Cut the dough into your preferred sizes.

8Bake at 180C in a preheated oven for 20 minutes.
